This a strategy game all about enemy troops trying to break through your defences at any cost. Choose a location, plan your strategy and lead your troops to victory. You alone decide how to use budget available to you – to buy new weapons or to improve and strengthen existing ones. A number of weapons systems (infantry, artillery, high-tech weapons, navy) are available to you. Since the enemy attacks with different kinds of units, it is essential to make the right choice and the right placement. However, make sure that you have only limited resources available and that the weapons systems have different characteristics. If the situation gets too tricky, you’ll need air support. But be careful. The enemy has the same options as you! The intelligently designed maps and the wide selection of weapons open up a variety of tactical possibilities and countless hours of entertainment. All aspects of the game have been perfectly fine-tuned: the characteristics of your weapons, the units of enemy troops, the features of the terrain and the many surprises. There’s never a dull moment. Are you up to the challenge?

Game controls
To begin a battle, you must set the following settings. First, select the difficulty level. This determines, among other things, how strong your enemies become and how high your budget is. You can then select the map. At the beginning, only a few cities are available (tutorial mode). Once you have proven that you can lead the Defence Forces, more cities will be unlocked. With each promotion you unlock more maps and challenges. Finally, you have the option to request air support. Decide for yourself which weapons are the most useful for the defence.

The top section contains the following information:
- Budget
- Available units
- Strength in percent
In addition, important messages appear at the top (e.g. “Warning: airstrike”, “HQ is being attacked”…). For a better overview, there is a radar on the left that shows you the entire battlefield. Upcoming attack waves are displayed on the right.
At the bottom, you can make the following commands:
- End game
- Change settings
- Show whole battlefield
- Switch between defence and air support
- Interrupt attack

To set up a defensive position, tap on the corresponding point on the battlefield and select a unit from the menu. If your budget is sufficient, the unit will be built and active immediately.
To expand a defensive unit, simply tap on the corresponding unit and select the “Expand” command from the menu.
If you no longer need the position, you can also select the “Sell” command from the menu. Your budget will be credited with the salvage value of the position.
In the event of an enemy airstrike, you must react quickly and, if necessary, build air defence positions. Here we offer a quick way to convert units in the menu.
When you click on a unit, boundary lines are drawn on the map. Here you can see, for example, the minimum and maximum attack range of the unit. In addition, the maximum range of the next expansion level is displayed, if this is still possible.

If you have requested air support before the game and would like to use it, tap on the battle mode button at the bottom right. Now select a position on the battlefield and select the type of support in the menu. After confirmation, the strike takes place and the game switches back to defence mode.
The individual weapons are described in detail in the “Defence” section.
Missions
At the moment there are 4 missions with 20 maps each:
Terrain
Depending on the map, there are different types of terrain. Some maps have open terrain. In this instance it is better to try and lengthen routes so that the enemy has no way to reach the base directly. Others have fixed routes for the enemy. Here you must position your troops in such a way that the enemy can also be neutralised here. With each wave of the attack, the enemy troops become stronger, so you must continuously strengthen your troops.

Defense
The following units are available to prevent the enemy from taking your base.

PLASMA (For air & ground targets)
Use this weapon to target soldiers accurately or to build obstacles. The purchase price is very low, so you have to consider when this weapon can be used.

LASER (For air & ground targets)
Use this weapon to target soldiers and flying objects with precision. At this price you get a weapon with moderate range and poor penetration power on armoured vehicles.

GRENADE LAUNCHER (For ground targets)
With this weapon you can neutralise soldiers and vehicles with precision. The purchase price is significantly higher. It is the best weapon in its category, but it cannot neutralise flying objects.

CANNON (For ground targets)
This weapon is good for carrying out long-range, large-scale attacks against soldiers and vehicles. For this reason, the purchase price is high, but this weapon is very slow and useless at close range.

GUIDED MISSILE (For air & ground targets)
Use this weapon for precision targeting of soldiers, vehicles and flying objects at high frequency and over long distances. It is the best weapon in its category and can beat any enemy.

AIR DEFENCE (For air targets)
With this weapon you can neutralise all flying objects (drones, helicopters and planes) with precision, high frequency and over long distances. However, this weapon is useless at close range.

FORCE FIELD (For air & ground targets)
This weapon has unique technology to slow down soldiers, vehicles and flying objects for a certain amount of time. The enemies do not take any damage. And this comes at a price!

ELECTRIC TOWER (For air & ground targets)
This weapon is suitable for ground targets and neutralises all enemies at mid range with electric beams. Flying objects avoid the electric tower because their onboard electronics can be disturbed.

POWER STATION (For your own troops)
Use this unit to supply additional energy to adjacent units. This increases the penetration power of weapons. Unfortunately, the running costs for operation are very high!

WALL (For ground targets)
This building block serves as an obstacle for ground troops and is a simple and inexpensive way to prolong the movement of troops. Flying objects fly easily over this obstacle.

MINE (For ground targets)
This weapon is suitable for ground targets and neutralises all soldiers and vehicles (with the exception of hovercraft) in a direct hit. The mine is good value for money.

SENSOR BOMB (For ground targets)
This weapon is suitable for ground targets and neutralises all soldiers and vehicles in the immediate vicinity that touch the rotating laser beam. Because of its effectiveness, the purchase price is very high.

SUBMARINE (For ground targets)
This weapon is suitable for carrying out long-range, large-scale attacks against ground targets. Unfortunately, the purchase price and operating costs are very high.

AEGIS CRUISER (For air targets)
With this weapon you can neutralise all flying objects with precision, high frequency, and at long range. Unfortunately, the purchase price and operating costs are very high.

SEA MINE (For seagoing vessels)
This weapon is suitable for seagoing vessels and is an ideal weapon against hovercraft. But the power of destruction also comes at a price! Use this mine when there are no other attack options left.

Hydrogen bomb
The marked area is targeted. Only enemy ground units are neutralised.

Nuclear bomb
The marked area is targeted. All defensive positions and ground units are neutralised.

Electromagnetic pulse (EMP)
All vehicles and missiles in the marked area are impaired, causing their weapons systems to be switched off. With certain enemies this is essential to protect your own troops!

Neutron bomb
All soldiers and vehicles in the marked area are slowed down.

Electric shock
All soldiers and vehicles in the marked area are slowed down.
Attackers
The enemy tries to occupy your base with the following units. Airstrikes may force you to surrender.

SOLDIER
The soldier is unprotected, slow and can cope on any terrain. The best way to neutralise this enemy is with infantry. Artillery can also work in support, but it is not as precise.

ELITE SOLDIER
The elite soldier is better protected than a soldier, faster and can cope on any terrain. The best way to neutralise this enemy is with infantry. Artillery can also work in support, but it is not as precise.

SPY
The spy is very fast and his camouflage means our weapons are not able to recognise him immediately. The best way to neutralise this enemy is with infantry. Artillery can also work in support, but it is not as precise.

CAPTAIN
The captain is the penultimate unit in the game. He is very strong, slow and can cope on any terrain. The best way to neutralise this enemy is with infantry. Artillery can also work in support, but it is not as precise.

GENERAL
The general is the last unit in the game. He is very strong, slow and can cope on any terrain. You must combine all available units to neutralise this enemy.

JEEP
A jeep is lightly armoured and can’t move very quickly on the terrain. The best way to neutralise this enemy is with artillery. Infantry can also work in support, but does not have the right weapons systems.

BUGGY
A buggy is strong, very lightly armoured and very fast. If it is destroyed, the occupants can save themselves. The best way to neutralise this enemy is with artillery. Infantry can also work in support, but does not have the right weapons systems.

TRANSPORTER
A transporter is very lightly armoured and can not move very quickly on the terrain. If it is destroyed, the occupants can save themselves. The best way to neutralise this enemy is with artillery. Infantry can also work in support, but does not have the right weapons systems.

TANK
A tank is strong and can move quickly across the terrain. The best way to neutralise this enemy is with artillery. Infantry can also work in support, but does not have the right weapons systems.

BATTLETANK
A battletank is heavily armoured but can still move quickly across the terrain. The best way to neutralise this enemy is with artillery. Infantry can also work in support, but does not have the right weapons systems.

HOVERCRAFT
A hovercraft is fast and can be used on land and on water. This vehicle is susceptible to sea mines but can drive unhindered over land mines. But it always needs a beach to get across the water.

NUCLEAR TRANSPORTER
This vehicle transports two warheads, which explode if it is destroyed. Everything in the vicinity of the explosion will be neutralised. You must first deactivate the warheads (e.g. with an electromagnetic pulse) in order to then neutralise the opponent.

DROHNE
A drone moves almost silently and is not immediately detected by radar. It avoids mountains, forests and the electric tower. The best way to neutralise this enemy is with a surface-to-air missile (guided missile, anti-aircraft missile, ship).

HELICOPTER
A helicopter moves quickly and can fly over obstacles. It avoids mountains, forests and the electric tower. The best way to neutralise this enemy is with a surface-to-air missile (guided missile, anti-aircraft missile, ship).

PLANE
Planes move the fastest and can fly over obstacles. They avoid mountains, forests and the electric tower. The best way to neutralise this enemy is with a surface-to-air missile (guided missile, anti-aircraft missile, ship).

The enemy can also break through your defences using targeted airstrikes. These are indicated by corresponding black symbols at the top right. There are different weapons systems that the enemy can use. As soon as an airstrike is imminent, the area being targeted is marked in red. You will then have about 5 seconds to build your defences. All you have to do is build an anti-aircraft unit in the marked area. As soon as the area is shown in green, the units positioned there are safe against an attack.
The following air support is available to the enemy:
Surface Strike: The marked area is targeted. All defence units will be neutralised.
Targeted Strike: A defence unit will be targeted and either be destroyed, impaired, or damaged. If it is damaged, you will have about 5 seconds to repair the unit. Tap on the unit and select the “Repair” option. However, in some cases the electronics of the defence unit are impaired and they fail for a certain amount of time.
Smoke Cloud: The marked area is targeted by smoke bombs.
Blind Shells: Certain weapons systems misfire.

FAQ
What is the idea behind this game?
We live in a time of many conflicts and misunderstandings. Your job is to stop the aggressor and drive them away. There are numerous fronts where you can prove yourself. Show what you’re made of and save our nation.
What is a tutorial?
Before the first 20 battlefields (France) are unlocked, you must first get to know your defensive weapons and your enemies. Win the first 5 games and you are free to advance.
Are there different types of terrain?
Depending on the battlefield, there are different types of terrain. Some battlefields have open terrain, others have fixed routes for the enemy. Each requires a different strategy.
How is the battlefield structured?
The enemy has a number of landing sites (red) from where its attacks are launched. The target is our HQ (blue). The enemy attacks in several waves and sends different units that you must stop.
What does the top bar show?
The top bar shows your budget, available units, and the strength of your HQ as a percentage. Each enemy unit that reaches your HQ decreases its strength by 10%.
What other display options are still available?
For a better overview, there is radar at the top left, whichshows you troop movements on the entire battlefield. Upcoming waves are displayed on the right.
What does the bottom bar show?
The bottom bar has the following commands (from left to right): End game’, ‘ Change settings’, ‘Show whole battlefield’, ‘Switch between defence and airstrike’ and ‘Interrupt attack’.
How do you build new units or expand existing units?
To build new units, all you have to do is tap on a free space on the battlefield and select the type of weapon you want to build. Existing units can also be expanded, sold or exchanged for air defence positions in this way.
What do the black symbols mean when in attack wave view?
There are a number of surprises the enemy uses to try and force us to surrender. These are highlighted in black in attack wave view and can be airstrikes or unidentifiable units.
What should you consider when it comes to infantry?
The plasma weapon is inexpensive, can be used as an obstacle and, like the laser, inflicts high damage against soldiers and low damage against vehicles. The laser can also be used against flying objects. The grenade launcher, on the other hand, is more expensive but does equal damage against soldiers and vehicles, but none against flying objects.
What should you consider when it comes to artillery?
All weapons in this class have a high purchase price and are long range. The cannon can only be used against soldiers and vehicles. However, it is ineffective at close range. The guided missile can neutralise any enemy and inflicts high damage. Air defence is used for destroying airborne units.
What should you consider when it comes to the navy?
The navy provides submarines and cruisers. The submarine can combat any enemy on land or in the water and is comparable to the guided missile. The Aegis cruiser is used against airborne units and, like air defence, inflicts high damage.
How can you stop helicopters and planes?
Helicopters and planes can best be stopped with the electric tower. Because it causes their electronics to malfunction, these units must fly around the tower. These enemies are vulnerable against air defence or guided missiles.
What should be considered when it comes to transporters and buggies?
If a transporter or buggy is neutralised, soldiers jump out of the wreckage. This can be dangerous if the vehicles are destroyed a short distance from your HQ. Destroy the vehicles as fast as you can!
How do you stop hovercraft?
An hovercraft is dangerous because it can move on land and on water. It is best to use sea mines or to neutralise the enemy with cannons and guided missiles. However, a hovercraft needs a beach to reach the land.
What is the best way to use airstrikes?
If the battlefield supports airstrikes, you can purchase some units before the game. Find out which airstrikes are best suited to the battlefield. Tip: if the enemy is attacking with the nuclear transporter, then you should use the electromagnetic pulse. This interferes with the electronics so that the enemy can be attacked.
How should I deal with the nuclear transporter?
When a nuclear transporter is attacked, the nuclear warheads explode and neutralise everything in the vicinity. Interrupt the attack (button at the bottom right – flag), select an airstrike (electromagnetic pulse), switch back to attack and then neutralise the transporter first.
What should I do when an airstrike is imminent?
An impending airstrike is announced with about 8 seconds warning. During this time, the area being targeted must be secured with air defence or a guided missile. Once the targeted area changes form red to green, the enemy can no longer inflict damage.
How do you protect yourself from airstrikes?
Even the best defence is useless if you have no protection against airstrikes. Try to protect your units within a perimeter with an air defence system. This goes for land as well as water.
What do I need a power station for?
When a force field is built around a defence unit, the unit’s destructive power increases. This is another way to increase effectiveness after upgrading (3 levels) weapons.
What does a force field do?
The force field is used to prevent the enemy from advancing. By slowing down the enemy you can fight them more effectively.
What are the effects of a protective shield on enemy units?
The enemy has new technology that allows it to become invisible to radar for a short time. In this state, enemies cannot be stopped.
How can you use the terrain effectively?
If the battlefield has forests, trees or mountains, these can be used as obstacles and the enemy’s path can be made longer by defensive weapons. Before the game starts, you have about a minute to look at the terrain and think about a strategy.
What is the best strategy?
If the battlefield has no fixed routes, you should try to make your enemy’s path longer so that you have more time to neutralise them. Otherwise, they will use the shortest route available.
What do you need to know about the captain and the general?
The penultimate and last waves consist of two captains and a general. Both are very slow but extremely resistant to damage. Combine your power to neutralise these units.
